It is to be used as a muff restraint. It wil hold arms in a folded position in front or behind the wearer! The 48" locking strap is worn around the biceps to prevent arms from being pulled out. They look very menacing once installed and are ultra restraining and super functional.

Saturday, 05 March 2011Received mine just this last week and I must say I am very impressed with the craftsmanship. The look is spot on and superior technique is very much in evidence. Also I would like to mention that it will fit just about anyone. my girl is quite small and finding things sized to her can be a problem but this was a cinch.
