Classic DeLuxe 4 Inch Locking Cuffs

This variation of Classic Deluxe matches the entire collection but appears much finer due to the 3/4" top straps on a 4" wide base. Features two 3/4" welded dees on each cuff and 2 locking buckles.

These premium cuffs are lined with a double layer of soft thick full grain cowhide. The heavy leather is fine 10oz. English Bridle. Padlocks not included.
