Drilled solid steel rivets, two ply sewn in soft leather linings and welded steel dees . 5 1/2" wide by 12" around with 1" top straps. Two welded dees on each cuff.

Black style - Black locking straps, Black base, Black lining (shown)
Black on Red style- Black locking straps, Red base, Black lining (shown inset)
Tan on White style - Tan locking strap, Tan base, White stitching, White lining leathers (not shown)
