Just like the 4 1/2" wide version of Classic deluxe thigh cuffs in shorter style.
A new addition is the extra tuck loop to prevent the dredded spin out of the cuff makes for an even more secure fit. Three tie off points on each cuff allow for an unequaled number of combinations.
A heavy 1" leather topstrap on each allow them to fit thighs from an 18" to 28" circumference.
Padlocks sold separately.
