Creating An Online Account

All online customers will be asked to setup an account when placing their first order. This allows the online store to display receipts, track shipments and show order history. It also retains billing and shipping addresses so that you don't have to re-enter them for future orders. Excelsus encrypts all account data and stores it on a secure server. When you open an account, you will be prompted to enter an email address and password. The Excelsus Online Store will send you an email as confirmation of account activation.

Log In and Log Out

When you log in to your account, your name and password are encrypted and sent over the Internet using a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection. This protects the information that is being transmitted. Remember to click "Log Out" when you are finished to prevent others from using your account. This is especially important if you are using a shared or public computer.

Need Your Password?

If you forget your account password, simply enter your email address and click "Forgot your password?" Your password will be sent immediately to your email address.
