Tingle Flogger

In the realm of the budget flogger, Tingles are about as good as it gets.  Ten long 14" tails of soft suede leather are mounted on an eight inch delrin handle.  Tingles are very appropriately named, as you can probably imagine.  They are great warm up toys, and/or an excellent starter flogger for anyone curious about BDSM, but unwilling to spend an arm and a leg to find out if it is in fact their thing.
