Shipping, Ordering and Returns

How to Place a New Order

  • Log In: enter your email address and password.
  • Repeat customers will be recognized and their Address Book displayed.
  • New customers will be emailed a Password after completing the form.
  • Select the product you want to order and click the Buy button. This opens a new Cart.
  • If you want to increase the quantity, enter the new quantity and select Update Quantity.
  • Select Continue Shopping to return to the Products section and add another product to your Cart.
  • If you need to delete a product, select Clear Basket and click on Products to return to store.
  • Click Checkout to finalize order.
  • Select a Shipment Method and enter information for Payment Method.
  • Click Confirm My Order to view invoice and check order information.
  • Select Change Order Information to change Shipment Method, Ship To, Bill To, or Payment Method.
  • If information is correct, click Complete My Order.
  • Print your receipt and save for future reference.
  • Log Out

Payment Methods

ChurchOfSinvention offers the most secure method of ordering online. Simply shop as you would normally, filling your shopping cart then checking out. When prompted to choose your payment method, choose"Pay by Phone". You then must call Sinvention @ 519-273-3737 with your order number and one of our representatives will take your Visa® or Mastercard® number and confirm your order. This means that no sensitive information is transmitted over the internet or stored on any internet connected computer.

Our studios are open from Monday to Friday. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.

The Church of Sinvention Online Store also gladly accepts these credit cards via Paypal:
MasterCard®,Visa® and American Express®. via the Paypal secure servers and services. You can also use your banks Debit Card to purchase by having a Paypal account. Safe, secure and easy!

You can also pay by Money Order by using our shopping cart system as you would normally and at checkout when you are  prompted to choose your payment method choose "Pay by Money Order". You will be given your total and an order number. Then go get your "International Money Order" from your Post Office and mail it to us.  All funds are in Canadian dollars and we only accept certified International Money Orders. Please allow time for your funds to clear once we recieve your MO.


Coupon Code

  • When you've finished shopping click the "check out" button.
  • Create a new account or login to your existing account.
  • Provide your billing and shipping addresses and click "continue".
  • Select shipping method and payment information.
  • If you are using a coupon, enter the coupon code. Before entering the code, please read the offer's exclusions and instructions carefully.
  • Verify your coupon was applied on the Checkout Confirmation page.
  • Submit your order and enjoy your savings!

Shipping Method

There is a $10 Flat shipping fee for all USA and Canada orders. Orders exceeding $250 CAD are shipped for FREE within Canada and the USA.

The Church of Sinvention may use Canada Post or UPS for FREE shipments.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide weekend delivery.

If your purchase qualifies for Free Shipping, your parcel will most likely be sent via Canada Post using their Expedited Parcel service within Canada and the USA, or using CanadaPost Expresspost International service for international destinations. These Free Shipping parcels are fully insured and traceable. A tracking number will be sent to the email address attached to your Church of Sinvention account.

All USA and Canadian orders that do not exceed $250 qualify for the $10 flat rate shipping to Canada and the USA on their parcels. 

All other International customers need to contact us for details on shipping to their area in the world. We ship to almost everywhere so contact us and we will get you a quote promptly. We offer discounted actual shipping charges for all International destinations.

 

Shipment Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed to you and posted to the online store (except for shipments on Friday which are posted on Monday). Log In to your account, select Order Tracking and click on the order you want to track. Via the carrier websites, you can then track the delivery status of your order. To track a lost order, please contact Customer Service and allow 24 hours so that we can contact the carrier.

In stock products typically ship within 48 hours. Large or Not In Stock orders may require additional time for processing. For large or Not In Stock orders, we will notify you via email with an expected delivery date. We custom craft all of our leather products and availability of in-stock goods is always changing. Generally everything is available but it may take 2 to 3 weeks to ship if it is not in stock. Rush orders may be possible, just ask. There are no shipments or deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.


Order Cancellation

To meet our online customers' expectations for quick delivery, orders for in-stock products are processed as quickly as possible and therefore you will need to contact Customer Service at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 519-273-3737 and speak to a representative to ensure you item has not already been shipped. If your product has shipped you will need to refer to our Returns Policy for how that issue is handled.


Warranty Policy

Sinvention will repair or replace any Sinvention made item free of charge under the following circumstances. If the item has failed under normal usage. Normal usage is determined by us at the time you contact us for an RMA number or when we recieve the item back at our studio. We will not cover any item that has been abused or misused. Normal "wear and tear" is not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs are not covered by this warranty and are your responsibility.

Replacement Units

If a Church of Sinvention product is found to be defective within 30 days of the invoice date, CoS will provide a warranty replacement unit at no charge. CoS may request that you return the defective unit for quality assurance testing. Cancellation and Returns Policy

To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid.  Once these items leave The Church, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Due to the nature of Silicone Dildos, Ball and Phallic Gags, Floggers or Paddles, Custom and Made-to-Measure products, all sales of these items will be considered final. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours after we have received it provided the order has not already shipped. You can return new, unused, unopened items within 30 days. Items should be returned unused in their original packaging with all tags attached. A store credit will be issued minus all processing fees and shipping\handling charges. Shipping fees deducted from a store credit include any innitial "free shipping fees or the balance of reduced shipping rates" incurred by The Church. These "free or reduced" shipping fees should be outlined on your receipt.  Any store credit will be issued once the product is received at our studio and has been inspected for use and damage. If the item has been used or damaged in any way we reserve the right to NOT issue the store credit and only ship the product back to you at your expense including an extra handling fee. "Use of the product" includes but is not limited to bent or creased top straps caused by the opening of any strap from any buckle or closure on the item.  A store credit will be issued on items returned in unused and new condition for any other reason within 30 days.  We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.
To request an RMA, email Customer Service or dial 519-273-3737 and speak to Customer Service.

  • RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Products must be shipped in the original manufacturer's box and include all tags, etc.
  • RMA number must be written clearly on the package.
  • Returns must be shipped via CanadaPost, USPS, UPS®, FedEx® or another traceable service.
  • All return shipping must be paid by the customer, and tracking information should be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
  • RMAs are valid for 10 days only. Products received after this period may be refused.
  • Store credit, if applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days of complete receipt of shipment. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your store credit.
  • There are no returns on custom orders
