Shipping, Ordering and ReturnsHow to Place a New OrderLog In: enter your email address and password. Payment MethodsChurchOfSinvention offers the most secure method of ordering online. Simply shop as you would normally, filling your shopping cart then checking out. When prompted to choose your payment method, choose"Pay by Phone". You then must call Sinvention @ 519-273-3737 with your order number and one of our representatives will take your Visa® or Mastercard® number and confirm your order. This means that no sensitive information is transmitted over the internet or stored on any internet connected computer. Our studios are open from Monday to Friday. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST to speak to a representative or alternately you may leave your payment information on our secure voice mail. The Church of Sinvention Online Store also gladly accepts these credit cards via Paypal: MasterCard®,Visa® and American Express®. via the Paypal secure servers and services. You can also use your banks Debit Card to purchase by having a Paypal account. Safe, secure and easy! If you are overseas and paying using Paypal, you are required to use eXpresspost shipping as this is the only parcel service that has Confirmed Delivery in International (outside of North America) destinations. You can also pay by Money Order by using our shopping cart system as you would normally and at checkout when you are prompted to choose your payment method choose "Pay by Money Order". You will be given your total and an order number. Then go get your "International Money Order" from your Post Office and mail it to us. All funds are in Canadian dollars and we only accept certified International Money Orders. Please allow time for your funds to clear once we receive your MO. Order DispatchingAll Sinvention brand items are handmade in our studios here in Stratford, Ontario Canada. We are a busy, highly specialized studio that custom crafts all of our Sinvention brand leather products. The availability of in-stock goods is always changing. Generally everything is available but it may take 2 to 3 weeks to ship if it is not in stock. Rush orders may be possible, just ask. If you need an order by a specific date, please inquire before placing your order to ensure your needs can be met. Small orders may be in stock and those products typically ship within 48-72 hrs hours. Larger, multi-item or Not In Stock orders may require additional time for processing. For multi-items, large or Not In Stock orders, we will notify you via email with an expected dispatch date. Shipping MethodCoS ships very discretely in a plain box, always. The parcel will be non-descript and it will be sent from WLC or Ware Leather Corporation. We do our best to offer economical shipping options and only charge actual shipping dues with no handling fees. We use Canada Post for Shipping and you may read a general overview of the shipping methods here: www.canadapost.ca/shippingCanada and U.S.A. Shipments: All orders exceeding $200 CAD (sub total pre-tax) are shipped for FREE within Canada and the USA. The Church of Sinvention uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel method for FREE shipments. These "Free Shipping" parcels are fully insured up to $1000 CAD and include a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email address attached to your Church of Sinvention account directly from Canada Post upon parcel dispatch. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide weekend delivery. Church of Sinvention and/or Canada Post have no control over delays due to Customs and clearing. All USA and Canadian orders that do not exceed $200 (sub total pre-tax) qualify for $10 flat rate shipping via Expedited Parcel to Canada and the USA. For faster methods of delivery(such as Xpresspost), high dollar values orders exceeding $1000 CAD or alternate couriers methods (such as UPS) please contact us directly via the contact form with details and requests.
International Shipments outside of North America: International shipments outside of North America do NOT qualify for "Free Shipping". Each order is calculated individually based on the packed box weight/size of parcel and destination. If you are paying using Paypal, you are required to have your parcel shipped using eXpresspost via CanadaPost as this is the only service with delivery confirmation protecting both the seller and the buyer. Once your order is packed and ready to go we will contact you with your shipping options, (please let us know what you prefer and if additional dues are required we will send over a Paypal request or charge shippings dues to the credit card you have provided) Shipping options are as follows: Xpresspost International - (required for outside North America) ***This is our recommended service *** for parcels upto 30kg Guaranteed Delivery Standard 5-9 business days. This service includes a tracking number that is traceable online. fully insured up to $1000 CAD value. Generally this service has shipping rates that range from $50.00 CAD and up (depending on weight/size/value of parcel). If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order please email us directly with your desired order and delivery address. International Small Parcel Air - An economical service for parcels upto 2kg. Approximately 8 -14 business days for delivery, $100 insurance only , NO tracking number, No delivery standard guarantee. - (This is a service that is reliable for the most part, but please consider this untraceable service "At your own Risk" please consider the recommended Xpresspost Option instead). Generally this service has shipping rates that range from $20.00 CAD and up (depending on weight/size/value of parcel). Please note any inquires relating parcel would go directly to Canada Post, not to us as we have no way of tracking a parcel with this service after it leaves our facility. ***If a parcel is lost or delayed in transit via this method should notify us via email that this has occured. Normally Canada Post will only open a service ticket / investigation after 45 days from the date of mailing has elapsed. They will then begin thier investigation and will contact the postal system of the destination country. The investigation can take anywhere from 30-60 days before they can determine if an insurance claim can be made. Once Canada Post concludes their investigation and confirms that they will be paying the claim we will go ahead a pay out the insurance coverage to you as to minimize and further delays with the claim (equal to the value of products up to $100.00 plus any shipping costs the customer incurred). We are unable to fulfill any refunds until this process has been completed. (Please note that delays to international destiations are usually a Customs related issue and ChurchofSinvention & Canada Post have no control over such proceedings). Customs DeclarationsWe export to the USA and Internationally regularly. To ensure the end users' privacy we always use the most generic export delcarations possible. For instance on our Sinvention Leather products we ship under the Harmonized Tax code for "Custom Leather Accessory - Other" and that is how leather items will be itemized and declared. Other products are declared are on an individual basis. If you have specific concerns regarding the customs declarartions and it's wording please contact us directly using the contact form. Any shipment delays due to Importing Customs of the destination country are not the responsibility of ChurchofSinvention or Canada Post, these are beyond our control. Please note that delays are more frequent during high volume seasons such as Christmas. If your order is time sensitive please note that a Customs delay is possible and you should allow a few extra days travel time to avoid any disappointment. All importing taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the addressee of the item (importer of record) Any other customs issues will be the responsibility of the addressee of the item (importer of record). If you have questions regarding importing into your country - please direct them to your local Customs office. Each country is different. Shipment TrackingTracking numbers are emailed directly to you from Canada Post. Once you have located your tracking number visit the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca/trackapackage and enter number. The latest and up to date information is online. You may also track a package by calling them directly to speak to a Canada Post service representative 1-866-607-6301 We may be able to help if you are trying to track a lost order that has a tracking number, please contact our Customer Service department and allow 72 hours so that we can contact the carrier and begin a trace investigation. Order CancellationTo meet our online customers' expectations for quick delivery, orders for in-stock products are processed as quickly as possible and therefore you will need to contact Customer Service at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If your product has shipped you will need to refer to our Returns Policy for how that issue is handled. Warranty PolicySinvention will repair or replace any Sinvention made item free of charge under the following circumstances: If the item has failed under normal usage. Normal usage is determined by us at the time you contact us for an RMA number or when we receive the item back at our studio. We will not cover any item that has been abused or misused. Normal "wear and tear" is not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs are not covered by this warranty and are your responsibility. Replacement UnitsIf a Church of Sinvention product is found to be defective within 30 days of the invoice date, CoS will provide a warranty replacement unit at no charge. Cancellation and Returns PolicyTo ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid. Once these items leave The Church, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Due to the nature of Silicone Dildos, Ball and Phallic Gags, Floggers or Paddles, Custom and Made-to-Measure products, all sales of these items will be considered final. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering. You can cancel your order within 48 hours after we have received it provided the order has not already shipped. You can return new, unused, unopened items within 30 days. Items should be returned unused in their original packaging with all tags attached. A store credit will be issued minus all processing fees and shipping\handling charges. Shipping fees deducted from a store credit include any initial "free shipping fees or the balance of reduced shipping rates" incurred by The Church. These "free or reduced" shipping fees should be outlined on your receipt. Any store credit will be issued once the product is received at our studio and has been inspected for use and damage. If the item has been used or damaged in any way we reserve the right to NOT issue the store credit and only ship the product back to you at your expense including an extra handling fee. "Use of the product" includes but is not limited to bent or creased top straps caused by the opening of any strap from any buckle or closure on the item. A store credit will be issued on items returned in unused and new condition for any other reason within 30 days. We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To request an RMA, email Customer Service or dial 519-273-3737 and speak to Customer Service. RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Products must be shipped in the original manufacturer's box and include all tags, etc. RMA number must be written clearly on the package.Returns must be shipped via Canada Post, USPS, UPS®, FedEx® or another traceable service. RMAs are valid for 10 days only. Products received after this period may be refused. Store credit, if applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days of complete receipt of shipment.
